Factory Overview — the project dashboard

How Factory Overview brings project status and commercial progress into the company dashboard.

See the work in one place

Factory Overview is the Project Factory Pro dashboard. It brings active projects, status and money into one view, giving the team a starting point for understanding the work they are responsible for.

The overview connects to the specialist modules rather than replacing them. Quote Creator and Quote Tracker carry quotations, Job Booker carries resource commitments, Job Manager carries running work, and Coin carries commercial closeout.

Follow the project record

A project overview helps a manager move from a question about progress to the underlying quote, job or commercial record. An agreed rate, a confirmed booking and a payment are different events; one status should not be mistaken for another.

Access to the company dashboard belongs to the authenticated OS workspace. A Network participant sees the work and information shared with that participant, not the company’s complete dashboard.
