The PFP Product

One system, shaped by the way projects actually happen.

Getting started

Adopting a new system takes careful consideration — we appreciate that.

For PFP to truly render results, two things need to happen:

01

Bring what you have

You'll get a CSV template — upload your contacts, inventory, and services in one pass.

02

Set the basics

Complete 20% of the settings — defaults, job types, rates — and you're ready to quote.

That quote you rebuild every time, with new dates and new spans? Save it as a template. A project holds many jobs, and a job can carry many quote versions — the one you commit is the one that runs. When the job moves forward, everything tied to it — quote, bookings, documents, money — is already there.

FO

Factory Overview

The whole factory on one screen — every job on its journey, financial exposure, and what needs a decision today. The overview follows the path of the work, not a wall of widgets — with plumbing built in to feed your AI PFP facts, not guesses.

01

Quote it

A project starts with classifying it — the job type readies every available resource for the draft quote. The client brief is documented into scope and, when needed, split into multiple jobs with separate billings. The quote lives on through version control, each version adopting the last one’s attributes — down to line items pre-assigned to internal or external resources.

Quote Creator

Build structured quotes from your own services and rates — presentable, versioned, and honest about scope.

Quote Tracker

Every quote in play, its version history and its status — from draft to sent to won — on one board.

02

Book it

A won job is a set of promises: people, suppliers, kit, and days. Where a seat still has no name, the system sends suppliers direct requests for exactly the gap that needs filling — and plays the answers back and forth, prompting you only when a real decision is on the table. The quote is won, and you watch the board light up with sign-offs for the preparation — margin real, seat by seat.

Job Booker

Staff every seat on the job — crew, suppliers, kit, and the days they cover — with cost and margin visible as you book.

Blackbook

Your people and companies — clients, freelancers, suppliers — one clean source of truth across all work.

Stockpile

Equipment and assets with real availability, so booking kit is part of booking the job.

03

Run it

Then the obligations come due — and the flags are honest: paperwork not received, a photo ID missing, four documents per crew member that all need to reach the right hands. PFP collates, preps, and shares it inside the system: your people share to you, the system catalogs, you share where it’s needed. Records kept. Data private.

Job Manager

The running job — schedule, day sheets, crew communication, and documents — with clear ownership and status.

ServiceBook

The services you actually sell, defined once — so quoting, booking, and delivery all speak the same language.

04

Clear it

The job isn’t done when the work is done — it’s done when the money lands. Receivables and payables live on the job they belong to, so the financial truth of every project is one look away.

Coin

Invoices out, supplier bills in, payments recorded and reconciled — accounts receivable and payable tied to the project.

SettingsUnderneath it all: your workspace's own rules — permissions, financial defaults, job types, and structure — configured once, enforced everywhere.

See it with your own project.
