Workspace Data
You own the project information you put into Project Factory Pro. We store and process it to operate the service for your workspace: quotes, bookings, supplier records, documents, invoices, payment status, and the related project history.
What We Collect
During the beta, we may collect account and request details such as name, email, company, role, workspace records, support messages, and service logs needed to run, secure, and improve the product.
How We Use It
We use customer information to provide the product, review beta access, support your team, protect the service, diagnose issues, and improve Project Factory Pro. We do not sell your workspace data.
Network Boundaries
PFP Network and Yellow Pages are separate participation and discovery paths. Another company does not receive your rates, notes, supplier history, documents, or project record through those surfaces unless you deliberately invite or share information.
Access Discipline
The normal product model is private workspace data. Operational access is treated as an exception tied to running, securing, and supporting the service.Read the security page.
