PFP Network — your connection to project teams.

PFP Network is the free communication and response layer connecting invited freelancers, supplier representatives and other project participants with organizations using Project Factory Pro OS.

Free participation, connected to the company’s OS

Network users do not need a paid OS account simply to respond to an invitation. Companies pay for OS seats; invited participants use Network to respond to work and see the information shared with them.

Invited participants can review shared work, respond to requests and quotes, follow booking status, exchange relevant documents and see their payment standing. Available actions depend on the invitation, role and state of the work.

Your access and your choices

Network is not the complete OS workspace. It does not give participants access to a company’s private client quotes, internal budgets, other contacts or unrelated projects. A separate agency account and agency management workflow are not currently available.

People who need to manage their own complete project workflow can request a Project Factory Pro OS account. A Network invitation does not automatically create or charge for a paid OS seat.

Start with the personal invitation from the company you work with. Read the invitation guide or explore the complete OS workflow.

Allocate the right people, confirm the terms, collect what is required, and let the job tell you when it is ready.

- Resources managed under one engine

Job cycle

One resource path from allocation to closeout.

01

Allocate

Match people, suppliers, and kit to every seat on the job.

02

Negotiate

Rates, dates, scope, and terms stay with the job.

03

Confirm

Offers become real commitments inside the record.

04

Files

Registered files attach; missing requirements are requested.

05

Ready

PFP shows what is cleared and what still needs attention.

06

Run

Status, documents, and handoffs stay with the job.

07

Clear

Payment status stays visible until everyone is settled.

1

Allocate cleanly

People, suppliers, agencies, supporting companies, and kit can be matched to the job from one resource engine.

2

Request less

Registered documents attach when they already exist. Missing files are requested automatically from the participant based on the job requirement.

3

Confirm the job

Negotiation, acceptance, readiness, day sheets, documents, and payment status stay connected to the project record.

The advantage is operational.

The network reduces the drag around the people and suppliers who make the job happen. Your team keeps control while PFP carries allocation, negotiation, confirmations, required files, readiness, delivery, and closeout in the same project record.

I run project work

Start with the OS. The network value appears when your real people, suppliers, and requirements move through the jobs you already manage.

I was invited to the network

People and suppliers use the participant side when they are invited into a job. Their public-facing pitch belongs on the dedicated pfp.network site.
